Payment approved, but product not received (sorry for opening a topic, your contact tab doesn't work)

I made a purchase of Meccha Chameleon today. Since I didn't have an account on the site, I created one at the time of purchase using the same email and username. I proceeded to payment by card, paid with Google Pay, and the amount was debited from my bank. However, I did not receive an email and the payment screen I was redirected to said it was declined yet the charge still appears in my bank account. When I tried to log in with that account on the site, it said the account didn't exist. I then tried to create an account with the same details and it worked, but I have not received access to the cheat or any purchase confirmation email.
