Because our Services primarily consist of digital products that may be delivered, activated or made accessible immediately after purchase, change-of-mind refunds may not be available once the digital content has been supplied, activated or accessed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

PRODUCT ISSUES

If a product is materially defective or cannot provide its advertised core functionality, please contact our customer support team so that the issue can be investigated.

Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution may include:

- Replacement access

- Account credit

Temporary technical issues, maintenance, software updates, compatibility changes, infrastructure issues or third-party platform outages do not automatically create a right to a refund where access can reasonably be restored or the product can still be supplied.

Where appropriate, a subscription extension or other compensation may be provided for confirmed periods of significant service unavailability.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Cancelling a recurring subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a right to a refund for a subscription period that has already started, except where required by applicable law.

DIGITAL CONTENT AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal or cancellation period for digital content, customers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge how immediate delivery may affect their statutory withdrawal rights.

Any mandatory consumer rights and protections that apply remain unaffected.
