I paid for arc readers but no email send to me

Dear Support Team,

I would like to report an issue regarding Invoice #82480. My bank statement confirms that €51.98 EUR has been successfully deducted from my card and paid to SELLHUB, however the payment is not reflected on the invoice / my account.

Kindly verify the payment and confirm the status of Invoice #82480. I can provide the bank statement screenshot if required.
