Credit Card Payment Processed, but no product

Hello, I recently purchased your cheat and paid via credit card. I received an email from the payment processor saying the payment went through, but on S0zniz website I received and error, and now my order still says pending and awaiting payment. How can I fix this issue? I can provide my order number and invoice number etc if needed.
