Hiring New Support Agents

As you have seen, we have been growing rapidly for the past year or so and so has our cheat library being offered. 

 

We are currently looking to hire another Support Agent to help us focus on our cheats rather than the basic troubleshooting tickets.

 

Requirements: 

• Be over 18
• Ability to speak English fluently
• Basic technical knowledge of our cheats
• Be online and answer all tickets in timely fasion
• Provide support across the chat and forums
• Use Discord
• Be an existing active customer
