Interested in purchasing ESO product but question about class

Hello I’m interested in purchasing your ESO product. I see most of the feature revolve around levitating above the air or being able to go under the map and attack. To that end I would like to ask the veteran ESO product player what class or build will best benefit and synergies well with these kind of features? Thank you.
