Why not? If the pay are make it with the friends & family option and the payment is made through PayPal balance, so there shouldnt be any problem, right? Or did they change something in the policy and I didn’t notice?

doesn't matter, PayPal just locking accounts randomly all the time
being a seller in PayPal is just pain, as a customer sure it's great & secure

 

You got Credit card both in the forum & through resellers, plus with Rendom many more payment methods
not that hard to grab a cheat if you really want to
