Cannot login to the loader?

Hello, I've troubleshooted all the steps on the firstuse guides to no avail. Each time I try logging in, I just get an "error occured, try to change password to something without special characters" which I did, and still got this error. Ran as Admin, put an exception into defender, and disabled real time protection. Any ideas?

 

EDIT:

NVM I'm blind, it says right there use username not email. It works. I'd delete this but I don't see an option to.
