I purchased SWTOR Monthly Package. But License Invalid!

Hello I'm new to this forum but decided to post here. So the steps I took were followed in the trouble shoot guide on making sure computer system is ready to activate loader. I downloaded the swtor loader and went to register my account. (I didn't use my browser details as it stipulated to register from the loader)

 

Step 1. I made sure I follower this guide. https://badboycheats.com/firstuse/

Step 2. I downloaded thie SWTOR Loader

Step 3. I registered through the SWTOR Loader with new Credentials using the license key provided to me. But it says invalid license.

 

Now not sure what to do. As a customer this is not good.
