NARUTO SHINOBI STRIKER compatibility HELP!

Someone, please help. I want to buy and download Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker to play it in online multiplayer mode, but I want to know if it works in online multiplayer and where I can download the mentioned version of Windows, as I currently have the latest version of Windows 11. Where can I download either of these two versions? Do you have a link? Windows 10/ 11 (until Build 22000)  

Do you have any videos showing that it currently works? It's the first time I would buy from the site, and everything I see related to the game is no longer available...
