Will I need to install anything or make any settings changes

Perhaps a broad question or one admin does not want to answer here. But before I purchase the Helldivers 2 loader I have a question. Some sites require you make registry edits, BIOS changes etc in order to use the loader. Before I spend the money, I am wondering how complicated it is to install and set up for windows 11 PC.

If you go to the "Loader" page, there is a troubleshoot guide on the page. I didn't need to install the AIO Runtimes (it's just .NET framework, JAVA SE, Adobe Shockwave, Microsoft Silverlight, Visual  C++, Microsoft J-SHARP, and a german runtime). You don't have to run the "reg-edit file" on the troubleshooting page either. Just make sure you put the loader into you "C" drive either in the folder or just in the "C" drive itself, and turn off User account settings, and firewalls.
