Cheats Installation Question post cheating guide - Forgive my ignorance, I'm new to this.

Hello after I finish using cheats (it expires or I don't want to continue cheating) how do I ensure everything that was downloaded is removed from my pc to ensure safe gaming ( don't want some files, applications, etc. being picked up by other anti cheat software resulting in a ban).

Would resetting my pc really be the only viable solution or is there something else I can do?
