Is there plans for features such as Speedhack(movespeed) and faster shooting?

I was able to do that manually with CE, which was increasing the DPS by a LOT, but any mistake would make my reload stuck.
So this addition to only affect movement speed and another one to only speed up rate of fire would be amazing additions.

Next beta is next month, would be buying for sure if we had the custom teleport (already have) plus those options mentioned above.
