Credit/Debit Card grey screen

Everytime I try to pay with credit or debit card, this grey screen comes up and stays like that regardless how long I wait for it to load. Is there a fix to this or should I wait for Rendom to go online?

Try different browser or through you phone
if it still like that your card might be the issue

Thanks, it worked using my phone. My PC browsers Microsoft Edge and Chrome didn't work.
