Payment failed using China Mastercard

I am a Chinese user and when using Mastercard for payment, I am prompted with error code 4.

My card can be paid normally on both dlsite and patreon.

Also, may I ask if PayPal can be used for payment? I see on the homepage that Discord from other dealers only has news for 2022
