Payment deducted but order failed

The transaction was approved and cleared by my Wise app and the money was deducted from my card.

 

ERROR: The zip code you supplied failed validation.

Tried again and now my money was deducted twice, even though: The zip code you supplied failed validation.

 


Tried 3 transactions, only the first and third payment got refunded, the second payment is still being held even though order failed.
