help some admin!!!

I bought a key for undawn. but it did not accept it and now it has charged me 2 times nothing happens. but the 2 months are not consecutive and they expire the same day, I do not know where to talk to any admin to see if he helps me to solve it and makes q not expire since they are 2 different keys and I have only used 1 the other not.

It doesn't charge twice mate you done the checkout twice, also a key expire only after your first use, only the role in the forum will go away
so you can ignore the "expire date" on the Manage purchases cause the actual time for the key starts only after first use.

I clicked on buy and it was not accepted and I clicked on it again and it was charged twice, but I don't care about that, I just didn't want the two to expire on the same day.
