payment pending?

I used bitcoin instant to pay for a product. Says it went through on my end but still says "The invoice has detected a payment but is still waiting to be settled." not sure what to do can someone help please.

how long does that usually take and I purchased xdefiant for 30eur but I see that its changed to 40 eur now. Is that why it's not going through?
