Win11 - What does not work on TESO cheat

I saw this message for The Elder Scrolls Online cheat: "Some cheats DO NOT work on Windows 11(22H2). Please ask us before you buy"

 

So I was wondering if someone can tell me which cheats do not work on Win11?

ESO fully works for Win11 versions, 22h2 of win11 aswell.
