Shatterline Purchase Bug?

I went to purchase shatterline. 30eur to usd is just over $31. but at checkout it says $111. whats going on?

Im aware the eur and usd exchange rate, thats why i put the rate up there, but at checkout its way more. Am i paying for like an exchange service? Is there a way i can but them at cost? I would really like to use quite a few of them even. For now i'm just kinda trying to stay active on forums and win giveaways. I just cant afford hundreds of dollars compared to a $30 month.

It's not USD or EUR, it's ILS you can copy the symbol to google and see for yourself the conversation.
