Bought giftcard but all say expired or already used?

Hey so you bought the Giftcard and then you used support from NExus and get the Giftcard code from them ?! now you go to redeem here and it says expired or allready used? or did you use the Code you got from the NExus Site? because it says Contact Support when you get it :)

Iv sent a support request to Nexus thank you no reply as yet. il mention here once i get an update

Oh okey good :) yeah can take some time. The Support there is like 12-48 hours to respond sometimes. So dont Worry you will get an answer and get the giftcard. Next time for faster payment etc. use a Reseller so it will be faster if you dont want to wait so long. 

But can be also because its weekend that the Support takes longer.
